Managing projects
Up to now you’ve worked in a single project — the default one. As you build more, you’ll want to organise it. Projects are the unit of grouping in Superprocess. Each project holds its own processes, agents, functions, decisions, and members. A few things — connectors and secrets — are shared at the organization level.
A common shape: one project per department (Accounts Payable, HR, Operations) or per business line.
The projects page
Section titled “The projects page”The Projects page (in the organization sidebar) lists every project you have access to, with its name, owner, and a summary of what’s inside. A brand-new organization starts with one project called Default — where the invoice workflow you just built lives.
Create a new project
Section titled “Create a new project”Click New Project, give it a name (Accounts Payable) and an optional description, and save. The project is created empty, with you as its owner.
What lives where
Section titled “What lives where”| Level | Holds |
|---|---|
| Project | Processes, agents, functions, decisions, tasks, and members & roles. |
| Organization | Connectors (integrations), secrets, the Forms library, and groups — shared across projects. |
Organization-level resources have a Project Scope: set a connector or secret to organization-wide to use it everywhere, or scope it to a single project to keep it contained.
Reusing things across projects
Section titled “Reusing things across projects”- A shared connection — set a connector’s (or secret’s) Project Scope to organization-wide, and every project can use it. You manage the connection and its credentials once.
- Duplicate — copy a process or agent from one project into another when each team needs to customise it independently.
Shared scope is right for things that should stay in sync; duplicating is right when each team needs its own version.
Archiving a project
Section titled “Archiving a project”When a project’s processes are no longer needed, archive it. Archiving stops all triggers, keeps historical run data accessible, and removes the project from the default list. Restore it later if you change your mind.
